Tracking your order

Want to check on an order from Deerox? Use the order status link in your order confirmation or shipping email. Once your order has shipped and a tracking number has been added, the shipping email and order status page will show the available tracking updates.

Delivery times

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 7 to 15 business days depending on your location and the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Tracking updates may take a little time to appear after dispatch. If you need help, email info@deerox.com with your order number. Please do not share payment card details.
